In a base of luxurious Organic Sunflower, Grapeseed & Jojoba Oils. Great for massage, bath and to make your own aromatherapy blends.

Directions
To blend :
Babies nil
1 to 2 years 1 drop in 20ml of base oil
2 to 6 years 4 drops in 20ml base oil
6 to 15 years 6 drops in 20ml base oil
Adults 10 drops to 20ml base oil
For blends, numbers represent total number of drops of all essential oils combined.
Does not imply that all these dilutions are safe for all essential oils in all situations.

Massage a small amount onto body when needed to bring relief. Can be used in bath.
Do not use on face or in Pregnancy.
Adults only, patch test before use.
